Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al-Shamsi has thirty five years of experience in International Relations, extensive world emerging market and globalization, and exposure in USA, Europe, Asian, Australia and New Zealand; firsthand knowledge of business, finance, culture and politics in these regions throughout long-standing professional and personal contact in the public and private sectors.

Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al-Shamsi has keen analytic and problem-solving abilities, strong communication and diplomatic skills; demonstrated excellent in business development, policy formulation, provide supervisory skills in complex and mulit-cultural environments.

Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al-Shamsi is a partner in Agha & Shamsi, a UAE based legal consultancy that is under formation and currently operating under the umbrella of Emirates International Consultants.

Dr. Saeed Mohammed Al-Shamsi, a prominent international business corporate legal advisor had established his Abu Dhabi based law firm, Emirates International Consultants, in 1992. Dr. Al-Shamsi's firm specializes in commercial, corporate, arbitration, conflict and dispute resolution matters. Dr. Al-Shamsi has been the lead advisor in a number of high profile international conflict and dispute resolution matters involving major corporate and financial institutions and governmental authorities. Dr. Al-Shamsi serves as the lead advisor in conducting high-level negotiations and settling disputes. Dr. Al-Shamsi has developed a deep network of interpersonal connections both nationally and internationally as a result of his distinguished career in international affairs.

Dr. Al-Shamsi began his career serving as a representative of the U.A.E Mission to the United Nation's Third committee (which the General Assembly allocated to its Social, Humanitarian and Cultural Affairs) in 1974 and subsequently served as the chargè d'affaires of the UAE embassy in Washington D.C. (USA), and then as the UAE Ambassador to Germany, Denmark, Norway, Finland, Sweden, India, Nepal and Australia & New Zealand; Dr. Al-Shamsi also served as the Director of the Economic and Political Department in the Presidential Court in Abu Dhabi.

Dr. Al-Shamsi has served as a visiting lecturer at a national U.A.E University on topics including international law and organization, political science and North-South dialogue. Dr. Al-Shamsi is a frequent speaker and panelist in international business and academic fora.

Dr. Al-Shamsi is a Panel member of Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation & Arbitration Centre; (ADCCAC).

Dr. Al-Shamsi was born on 24th of December, 1953 in the City of Al-Ain of the Emirates of Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. He is married to Mrs. Ayesha Al-Shamsi; they are blessed by two young girls, Fatimah and Maytha, and young boy, Mohammad.

 

HAMAD AL HABSI

Mr. Hamad Al Habsi is a senior career diplomat who joined the UAE Ministry of Foreign Affairs in 1975. He served in several diplomatic positions including Egypt, Germany, Washington and New York.

Mr. Al Habsi graduated from Baghdad University in 1975 with a BA in Arts. He has also represented the UAE and participated in several international forums.

He is married and has four children.

 

ABDULRAHMAN AL GHARDAQA

Mr. Al Ghardaqa holds an extensive career within the education sector in the UAE. He started his career as a teacher and then as a social specialist within the UAE Ministry of Education, beginning in 1982. He has since worked in several areas within the UAE Ministry of Education.

Mr. Al Ghardaqa assumed the role of Cultural Attaché internationally serving in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia in 1995 and Manama Kingdom of Bahrain in 2002.

Mr. Al Ghardaqa graduated from Emirates University in the UAE with a BA in Education and Psychology. He also completed his master degree in Management of High Education from the George Washington University in USA in 1989.
